A graduate of Social Psychology and Sociology, Laura Willis spent four years working in London before relocating to Belfast to take up the role of Marketing Manager for Northern Ireland Screen. She then moved to international events and business tourism company MCI where she headed up the Sales and Marketing team in Belfast. In the summer of 2007 Laura set up thursday’s child where she combined her love of the arts with her background in communications to create a unique service for arts and culture clients. Since 2009 Laura has worked between offices in London and Belfast.
From promotional showreel producer through to conference manager, newsletter editor to international PR campaigner, webmaster to media trainer, Laura has worked at all levels, on both the client and agency side. She brings all this experience together to offer a friendly, valuable, reliable and fun service to all clients.
Laura is supported on projects by Anna Kotwinski, an MA graduate in English Literature with 11 years experience in PR and marketing in a variety of sectors, from social enterprise to the arts to food. As well as a proven track record in securing excellent media coverage, Anna has a strong understanding of the reach and value of new media and has been responsible for helping raise a strong online profile for clients assisting with website development, viral marketing, social media and online competitions and promotions.
